Minimum requirements to join should be changed

Minimum requirements to join:
* New members must be at least 16 years of age to join.
* New members must have a regular Steam account. Our primary way of contact/chatting is on Steam Friends

What I think they should be:


Minimum requirements to join:
* New members at least 14 years of age desired. Exceptions are permitted, but anyone under 13 will not be permitted to join.
* New members should at least be active on the forum.
* MUST play CSS Or CS 1.6
* Friendly, mature, and fun to frag with.

we should change it to 13 and over xfire not needed since nobody on the forum has xfire and uses steam... nice riqurments tho

Well yeah. Just that if we're having those requirements set up and not follow them it's kind of weird.

I'll just modify it right now.

It's kinda stupid because most of the forum is under 16...
