k u guys r noobs no offense, first of all Shady925 the ip u gave is wrong ur not suppost to give it to anyone... anyone can hack it... second if you want to know ur real ip for a cs server u need to go to www.whatismyip.com, third YOU NEED TO PORT FOWARD your router, if u dont have one then u cant host! Now if you want to make it a dedi server like have ranks vote map etc... then download mani plugin... im not going to give you a link, dont be a noob and go look it up on google. Oh and im just saying too i can tell who ever plays cs 1.6 on pacsteam, you dont need to make a cracked server, just go to inventory and click SMS. If you do want to make cs 1.6 cracked then u need to SRCDS. Again if you dont know what it is go on google and shearch it.
