Not for me, I'm downloading stuff off my PS3, off the Internet on my computer, and off Steam, and the site is still fast. Then again I have 26 mb/s connection.

well if it helps my internet is alwayz unpredictable sometimes its slow and sometimes its fast, if you have a download limit in your internet it will be slower if you go over the download usage. idk but my broadband is unpredictable it sometimes loads forums and shitz quickly and sometimes it takes a few seconds longer
