Forbes recently published their "Hip-Hop Cash Kings" and once again 50 Cent, Jay-Z and Diddy top the list. 50 Cent topped the list with a reported gross earnings of $150 million. 50 mainly earned his money from his stake in Vitamin Water, video games and a clothing line. Jay-Z came in 2nd with just over $82 million, mainly from his platinum album American Gangster and his $150 million dollar deal with Live Nation.
Diddy finished the top three with just over $35 million in revenue on the heels of his vodka Ciroc, Sean John Clothing, music releases of Danity Kane and Day26 and of course his many television shows including Making The Band. Coming in 4th and 5th and rounding out the top five were hit producers Kanye West and Timbaland.
